Every week, people gather at the Centre to practise zazen together (zazenkai in Japanese means ‘zazen meeting’) with Master Jyoji and the Falaise Verte team.
There are two sitting sessions (40 and 25-minute long) with a 5 min-walk (kinhin) in between. Herbal tea is offered at the end of the practice.

– arrive at 6.45 pm for sitting practice instructions.
